Oklahoma City Auto Patch Association (OCAPA) is sponsoring a Tail-gate Party and Training Day to be held on 21 April 2012 at the Salvation Army Citadel on S.E. 44th Street one block West of Bryant Avenue from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM. See attached flyer for additional details. Other activities will be added as appropriate.
